so… heres my first ever song. sorta. it doesnt have music yet. but the awesome dawesome eryn wax unglesby is gonna hook a sister up. anyway… let me explain it.. the song. its just about having your heart broken, or getting your feelings hurt, or being let down.. or basically just having a hard time of things and everyone just keeps telling you… oh, its ok.. you’re a great person.. dont let it get to you.. they compliment you… im guessing to make you feel better… but really all it does is make you mad… like being a good person or funny or smart or whatever makes what is happening any easier… like you can somehow care less about it because you’re a great person. it doesnt work that way. you still care.. no matter what. you want people to say… man that really sucks, im sorry. ya know? i wrote this next to the song when i was working on it.. kind of sums it up “excuse my pessimism but pretty doesn’t make you void.” SO.. thats it. sorry for the long intro but i felt like some of the verses needed a little explaining. im not that narcisistic!! enjoi.
